We make printable, editable certificate of completion templates. Every file is free to download for personal and commercial use — no watermark, no email gate, no attribution required.
We build CertFusion, a tool that automatically creates and sends certificates after every webinar, workshop, or live training. Trainers, educators, and event organizers use it to skip the after-event grind of designing, personalizing, and mailing out hundreds of certificates by hand.
Building it, we kept meeting people on the other side of the curve — a piano teacher with twelve end-of-year students, a youth football coach, a Sunday-school volunteer, a bootcamp instructor running one cohort a year. They didn't need an automation platform. They needed one well-designed certificate of completion they could print on cardstock, or open in Word and edit. And every template they could find was either locked behind a $19/month subscription, plastered with a watermark, or buried under a sign-up wall.
The aesthetic-stock-photo industry had quietly carved up a free human ritual and started charging admission. We thought that was silly — so here's the library we wish those people had.
Every certificate of completion template on Stencil will always be free, in editable formats, with no account required. Stencil is funded by CertFusion's paid product — we don't need to lock the library to keep the lights on, and we never will. The free files stay free. That's the deal.
Every certificate of completion template is downloadable without an account, an email, or a credit card. The web used to work this way; it can again.
PDF, DOCX, Figma. No proprietary editor required. If you can open Word, you can edit a Stencil template.
Every file is checked at 300 dpi on cardstock before it ships. Gold borders that hold up at A4 hold up at A2.
A human designer drew every template in our library. We don't ship AI-generated certificates. We probably never will.
Teachers, coaches, bootcamp instructors, volunteer coordinators, youth-league organizers. If you finish things, we're here.
Stencil is funded by CertFusion, our certificate-automation product for trainers and event organizers. The library doesn't have to make money on its own — so we don't have to gate it, upsell it, or sneak ads into it.
